【巖金礦專用移動式重選礦設備簡介】

本套設備為移動式選金設備，適用于巖金礦選金使用，其優(yōu)勢如下：
1、重型汽車底盤設計，帶轉向系統(tǒng)、發(fā)電機組，可以使用牽引車輛輕松整體移動至工作場地；
2、進料斗下部安裝了振動給料機，防止堵料，并且可以保障均勻供料；
3、精料收集系統(tǒng)采用一臺臥式全自動排礦離心機，進料、排料由PLC電腦全自動控制，操作簡單方便。排廢料管道處增加一汞板溜槽，對廢料里的金進行二次回收。(注：立式離心機因結構原因，只能在水平地面使用，無法應用于移動淘金車)

【巖金礦專用移動式重選礦設備流程概述】Technical process
原料通過工程車輛送入進料斗中，通過振動給料機均勻給入上料輸送機中，然后送入重選設備-球磨機內時行球磨，球磨后的物料排入沙箱內，通過沙泵送入離心機內進行精選，精選后的精料會自動排出，廢料通過一條汞板溜槽收尾后，廢料排入廢料區(qū)域。
The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
